You can return items purchased in their original, unworn, unused, unopened condition for a full refund of their merchandise value. We accept returns within 30 days of the original ship date.

For your convenience, we include a return slip in your package. To return an item, complete the form and enclose it with the merchandise you are returning. In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect or damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately by email, and we will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us.
Once we receive your return, please allow 5 business days for your return to be processed. We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. If the return is approved, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment only. Shipping fees on your original order are not refundable. Please allow a minimum of 1 billing cycle for your refund to appear on your credit card statement.
Please follow these instructions for using the return label included with your shipment:
Step 1: Complete the Returns section of the Packing Slip.
Step 2: Place the merchandise and the Packing Slip in the box.
Step 3: Package the return and seal securely with tape.
Step 4: Affix the Return Label to your package (Note: Make sure to cover or remove the original shipping label). If you use the included label a shipping charge of $9.99 will be deducted from your refund amount.
Step 5: Drop your package at any U.S. Post Office location, or with your local postal carrier.

You may also choose to return your package via an alternate method of your choice. If so, please label your package clearly, and send it via a prepaid, insured, traceable method.

E.O.T.O Resource Center, LLC tries it’s best to ship out your products in the timeliest and cost-effective way possible. We are not responsible for any delays resulting from weather, strikes, or any conditions out of our control. Shipping rates are calculated in accordance with merchandise weight/size/dimension and delivery destination. A street address of either a residence or business is required for delivery. All orders take about 1-3 days to process. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If an attempted delivery was made and the customer was not at the location to receive the shipment, the customer will be responsible for redelivery fees. We can only ship items within the United States. Orders placed after 12 Noon ET will begin processing on the following business days. Standard delivery operates Monday-Friday. (Exception of Saturday).
Standard Shipping
All orders take about 1-3 business days to process. Standard shipping takes 7-10 business days to arrive at your delivery destination. If an attempted delivery was made and the customer was not at the delivery destination to receive the shipment, the customer will be held responsible for redelivery fees. If the order, has begun production or happens to be in-route to its delivery destination at the time of cancellation, the customer will be held responsible for all (shipping to and from delivery destination) shipping costs. The customer is responsible for providing proper packaging and the return shipping of this return item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. E.O.T.O Resource Center, LLC is not liable for any damages on the return item caused in transit, such damages claims are between the carrier and the customer.

If Shipment is damaged
You must notify the delivery man of the damage and you MUST make notes on the extent of visible damage to the freight bill. Contact E.O.T.O Resource Center, LLC and the Delivery Company will require pictures of the damages and request to inspect the merchandise. (In most cases, you may receive a cash adjustment for costs, or an arrangement for the Delivery Company to cover repair costs or get a merchandise reimbursement). Keep ALL original packaging materials, until your claim is settled, or for the return of your damaged merchandise. All damage claims must be addressed to the Delivery Company. E.O.T.O Resource Center, LLC is not responsible for damages incurred during transport to delivery destination. Damage claims pertaining to causes other than shipping will be reviewed and authorized for reimbursement at the discretion of our Claims Department. If merchandise is defective, notify E.O.T.O Resource Center, LLC within 24 HOURS and retain all original materials, accessories, and packaging. Customer service representatives will instruct you on the additional steps that need to be taken. Failure to retain ALL original materials, accessories, and packaging may delay or result in the refusal of your damage claim.
Back Orders
Items temporarily out-of-stock may be back-ordered at customer’s request and at the discretion of E.O.T.O Resource Center, LLC Companies. All shipping fees & costs remain applicable to all backorders. A customer representative will contact you with an estimated delivery time frame.
C.O.D.
No C.O.D. service available. All merchandise must be prepaid before shipment is made.
Refusal of Shipment
The customer will be held responsible for shipping charges (shipping charges to the customer and return shipping charged) and subject to a 20% Restocking Fee for orders that are refused at the time of delivery or returned because the customer was not at the delivery location to receive the items.
